The opening of the third eye—

Means seeing the unseeable—

Not the unseen,

For there is nothing to see with the third eye,

“Seeing into eternity” sings Meister Eckhart,

But eternity, like its twin sister infinity,

Cannot be seen.

We become aware of infinity,

When we discern the limits of finitude,

And open the mind and heart,

To the apophatic depths of Being.

To see, when there is nothing to be seen,

That is true seeing.
