4:20 p.m. – Amendment bill World Legislative Act 4 (WLA04), Creation of a global postgraduate program in Global Affairs & in World Law (Brasil bill, Venezuela 16 & Georgia WLA05 amendment bill)

4:25 p.m. – Amendment bill WLA05, Regulation for Law Professionals – Facilitates and enables formation of world law professionals, by certification through world district civil service offices under educational authority of Institute on Governmental Procedures and World Problems (IGPWP. Interim: Earth Constitution Institute).

4:50 p.m. – Amendment bill WLA10, “World Energy System Review” – Renames act. Includes new research & scientific discoveries on zero point energy or free energy. (Venezuela bill 3)

4:55 p.m. Amendment bills WLA13 “World Peace Act”,  Amends details to Section 2 and WLA21 regarding intellectual property rights, prohibiting collection or payment of illegal royalties. (Venezuela bills 09 and 13); Amends details to WLA13, Section 2, giving India, other nuclear powers and prior nuclear powers a permanent seat on the Advisory Status United Nations Security Council under WLA13.

5:05 p.m. – Amendment bill WLA31, To fit proposed World District Standard, amends qualification of Elected District Ombudsan and Deputy District Ombudsan to require Institute on Governmental Procedures and World Problems certification as per 2021 amendment WLA04. (Georgia)

5:10 pm – Amendment bill WLA54, To fit proposed World District Standard, extends purpose of Elected District Sheriffs to enforcement of world equity decisions. Amends qualification of officers to require Institute on Governmental Procedures and World Problems certification as per 2021 amendment WLA04.  Amends number of Elected Deputy District Sheriffs. Declares comprehensive policies and rules for guaranteeing equal rights, equal protection and equal application of world law regardless of sex, gender and personal expression.(Virginia bill 3)

6:10 p.m. – World Legislative Bill Number 72 – World District Standards – Defines standard structure and protocols for world districts. (Georgia bill 1)

6:20 p.m. – World Legislative Bill Number 69 – Powers of Arrest– Defines powers of arrest for individuals, public officers, private companies, and transitional military personnel. (Georgia bill 2)

6:35 p.m. – World Legislative Bill Number 70– Civil asset forfeiture – Defines processes of civil forfeiture regarding world crimes, integrating multiple previous world legislative acts. (Peru proposal 2) to Enforcement and Judicial Sub-Commissions of “World Disarmament Commission”

6:50 p.m. – World Legislative Bill Number 71 – Short Title: Democratic Procedures.  Creates Department. Incorporates of mechanisms of direct democracy in acts of world government, at local, regional and world levels. Carry out, through the Provisional World Parliament, global consultations to the population.(Venezuela 04 & 12)
